A Great End To The Summer

In association with Bedfordshire Chamber, the Management team at The Village were delighted to host a gathering of key local business and dignitaries for a networking BBQ to signal the end of summer and to celebrate recent successes at the scheme.

The event which was organised on site in the landscaped gardens was well attended by members of the Chamber, existing tenants and a much appreciated appearance by Kelvin Hopkins MP for Luton North; hot off the train from the Labour Party Conference. There was much to be discussed around the continued economic recovery and how Luton, and in particular, key office schemes such as The Village at Butterfield have an opportunity to tap into increased occupational demand as occupiers consider their options.

This was very much in keeping with the announcement from James Shillabeer of joint agent Capita Symonds that....." following the recent letting to Fuji Sonosite, further space had now been let to University of Bedfordshire further cementing their commitment to Butterfield as a location."
